Big joy lives in small moments.

Every day is filled with fleeting, beautiful moments—but we often miss them. microgratitudes is a space to slow down, notice, and appreciate the tiny things that make life brighter.

Whether it’s the smell of fresh rain, the smile of a stranger, or a perfectly steeped cup of tea, these small moments can shift your mindset, lift your mood, and connect you to what truly matters.

I find gratitude in things like seeing a cute dog enjoying a nice car ride; head out the window, tongue flapping in the wind. It’s a great thing.

I find gratitude in making a green stop light; if that traffic light holds green a moment longer than expected and allows me to safely cross through that intersection that’s a wonderful feeling.

Why microgratitudes?

In a world moving fast, gratitude grounds us. Practicing microgratitude helps you:

  • Boost mindfulness and reduce stress

  • Build emotional resilience

  • Find meaning in the everyday

  • Cultivate joy—one moment at a time

Start Noticing the Little Things

“Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.”
